The file that becomes unmanageable
One row per insurance policy, per vehicle, per employee, per inspection. After a few months, nobody knows what is still valid.

Insurance, vehicle inspections, certifications, licences, contracts: Kimori gathers every deadline your business runs on in one place and warns you before it is too late.
For businesses still tracking all of this in an Excel file.
The real problem
A company lives with dozens of business deadlines — an insurance policy, an inspection, a licence, an accreditation. As long as they fit in one file, all is well. The day one slips through, the bill lands all at once: an uninsured job, a fine, an employee who can no longer work.
One row per insurance policy, per vehicle, per employee, per inspection. After a few months, nobody knows what is still valid.
A health check, an inspection, a renewal: the deadline only exists if someone thought to write the date down. And to write down the reminder too, several weeks ahead.
A client, an insurer or an inspector asks for an up-to-date certificate. You start digging through emails and folders.
Kimori's answer
Three steps, and you are set up.
Enter your business deadlines one by one — insurance, inspection, licence —, start from a template, or import your existing Excel file directly. Kimori recognises your columns, shows you a preview, and creates everything in one go.
Everything in one place — a colour tells you what is valid, what is coming up and what has lapsed.
For each deadline: when to be warned, how critical it is, and who should receive the alert. A reminder can go to a colleague or a contractor, not just to you.
Warned at the right moment — a month ahead, a week, the day before, or all three at once.
Reminders go out automatically by email. Once renewed, one click updates the next date. If you need more time, you push it back.
One less thing to carry — you no longer rely on your memory, or your colleagues'.
In your own tools
Kimori creates a calendar of its own in Google Calendar or in Outlook: your deadlines and reminders appear next to your appointments, on your phone as well as your computer. It writes nothing there but its own entries, does not read your appointments and does not touch them — you can hide or remove that calendar whenever you like.
Your documents stay with you: with your Google or Microsoft account, Kimori files them in your own space, by register and by deadline, and keeps only the reference and the date. The day a client or an insurer asks for one, you know where it is.

Kimori helps you track the deadlines your business runs on. It does not tell you whether you are compliant — that remains the job of your insurer, your accountant or your inspection body.
Any organisation that has to keep dates up to date without a department for it.
Questions
For businesses that have to track the deadlines their trade runs on — insurance, periodic inspections, certifications, licences, contracts — without a dedicated department. If you currently keep a spreadsheet, a paper diary, or nothing at all, Kimori is for you.
All of them. Kimori is reserved for no particular trade: you can track a builder's liability insurance just as easily as an employee's health check, a van's MOT or the end date of a lease. You decide what you watch and what details you attach to it.
A calendar tells you when, not what or who. Kimori keeps the list of your deadlines with their status — valid, due soon, lapsed —, sends several reminders weeks ahead to the right people, updates the next date in one click and keeps the document in the right place. Your calendar stays useful: Kimori adds itself to it, in a calendar of its own.
In Europe, under the GDPR. Your documents stay in your own Drive or your own OneDrive: Kimori keeps only the reference and the date. You can delete your entire account whenever you want.
