What to know about the limits

Archiving frees up a slot

The nine deadlines in the Discovery plan are nine active deadlines, not nine for ever: as soon as a deadline is archived, the slot frees up.

The templates we provide do not count

The limit only covers the templates you build yourself. The ones Kimori provides stay available in all three plans, without eating into your allowance.

Going back down breaks nothing

If you move back to a smaller plan, your data stays where it is and your reminders keep going out — only the next thing you create is blocked.

A shared space needs Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Without a business plan, everyone puts their documents in their own Drive or their own OneDrive: it works, but each person then only sees their own files.

Attaching a document needs a Google or Microsoft account

Kimori hosts no file: without a cloud space connected, you still track your deadlines, but with no document attached to them. Only one space is connected at a time.

With Microsoft, the permission asked for is broader

Google can open to an application only what that application created, or what you point it to. Microsoft offers nothing that narrow: the permission covers your files and your calendars. Kimori writes only in the “Kimori” folder and calendar it creates, and reads nothing else — but here it is Kimori that stops itself, not Microsoft.
