For businesses that have to track the deadlines their trade runs on — insurance, periodic inspections, certifications, licences, contracts — without a dedicated department. If you currently keep a spreadsheet, a paper diary, or nothing at all, Kimori is for you.

All of them. Kimori is reserved for no particular trade: you can track a builder's liability insurance just as easily as an employee's health check, a van's MOT or the end date of a lease. You decide what you watch and what details you attach to it.

A calendar tells you when, not what or who. Kimori keeps the list of your deadlines with their status — valid, due soon, lapsed —, sends several reminders weeks ahead to the right people, updates the next date in one click and keeps the document in the right place. Your calendar stays useful: Kimori adds itself to it, in a calendar of its own.

In Europe, under the GDPR. Your documents stay in your own Drive or your own OneDrive: Kimori keeps only the reference and the date. You can delete your entire account whenever you want.

Yes, at any time and without having to write to us. One button exports everything you have entered — registers, deadlines, reminders, recipients, members, templates — in an archive of files your spreadsheet opens. Your documents are already with you, in your own Drive or OneDrive.

No. Kimori runs in your browser, on desktop and on mobile. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

No. Import your Excel or CSV file: Kimori recognises your columns, shows you a preview, and creates all your deadlines in one go.

With Google, no. With Microsoft the permission would allow it, but Kimori does not use it. Either way it creates a separate calendar, “Kimori”, which your calendar shows next to your own: it writes only your deadlines and alerts there, reads no other calendar and merges nothing. The difference comes from the provider — Google can open to an application only the calendar that application created, Microsoft offers no permission that narrow. You can hide or remove that calendar at any time.

With Google, no. With Microsoft the permission would allow it, but Kimori does not use it. It opens only the documents it filed for you and those you point it to yourself: it does not browse your space and keeps no copy, only the reference and the date. Here again, with Google it is the provider that forbids it; with Microsoft, it is Kimori that stops itself.

Yes, in nine countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. The application exists in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian, and recognises your company from its registration number. The ready-made templates and our support, however, start with France: elsewhere, you build your own templates.

Not yet. Kimori opens in late 2026: you will start for free, and the paid plans will follow. Three plans are planned — Discovery free (nine deadlines, no credit card, no time limit), Pro at €19 excl. VAT a month or €190 a year, and Pro Max at €49 excl. VAT a month for your whole team. Paid yearly, you pay for ten months and get twelve.

No. The free plan will ask for no payment details, and you will not be chased after thirty days: it will stay free for as long as you want.
