folder_sharedYour documents stay with you
Your documents are filed in your own Google Drive or your OneDrive, sorted automatically by register and by deadline. So you do need to connect a Google or Microsoft account, one space at a time: Kimori hosts no document itself, it keeps only the reference and the date. If your company runs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, everything can go to one shared space.

Your deadlines also show up in your calendar — Google Calendar or Outlook, where you already look every morning. Kimori creates its own calendar there, shown next to yours: it writes nowhere else and does not read your appointments. With Google, the permission it asks for covers that calendar and nothing more; with Microsoft no permission that narrow exists — so it is Kimori that stops itself from going further. You can hide or remove it whenever you like.
