Your deadlines in your calendar
Once your cloud space is connected — Google or Microsoft — switch on the Settings option “Sync my deadlines into a dedicated ‘Kimori’ calendar”.
A calendar of its own
Section titled “A calendar of its own”Kimori creates a calendar named Kimori, separate from your main one, in Google Calendar or in Outlook depending on the space you connected. You can therefore show or hide it with a single click without touching anything else, and it appears everywhere you already consult your calendar — phone included.
What ends up in it
Section titled “What ends up in it”Two kinds of entry:
- The deadline itself, on its expiry date.
- Your alerts, prefixed “Alerte — “, on the dates you asked to be warned.
Only deadlines that are dated, active, and for which you are the recipient appear — not every deadline in the organisation. A deadline with no date, or archived, does not show.
Updating is automatic
Section titled “Updating is automatic”Change a date in Kimori and the event follows. Archive a deadline and the event disappears. Synchronisation runs every fifteen minutes; the “Sync now” button triggers it immediately if you would rather not wait.
