Create your first register

A register is something you keep an eye on — and the dates that come with it.

1. Start from a template

Kimori offers ready-made templates for your sector: vehicle, employee, insurance policy, equipment. Each one already brings the right deadlines and the right fields.

Nothing matches your case? Create an empty register and add your own fields.

2. Name it

The name should be obvious to you at a glance six months from now: “Van AB-123-CD” rather than “Vehicle 2”. You also choose its type — person, asset, third party, organization or other.

3. Enter the expiry date

This is the only genuinely essential piece of information. You can add several to the same register — a van has both a roadworthiness test and an insurance policy.

A deadline always belongs to a register

You cannot create a standalone expiry date. That is what guarantees you will still know what it refers to six months later.

4. Bulk import (optional)
