The My account screen concerns only you: each member of the organisation has their own settings, and changing them affects nobody else.

Profile

• Display name — the one your colleagues see. Left empty, Kimori uses the name on your Google or Microsoft account, failing that your email address.
• Email address — shown but not editable here: it is your sign-in identifier.

If you signed up with Google or with Microsoft, the note “Signed in with Google” or “Signed in with Microsoft” appears on your profile.

Display language

Five languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian. The change applies immediately, without reloading.

Personal language, company country

Two distinct settings, often confused. Your language governs your display only — a colleague can work in German on the same registers. The country is a company-wide setting that determines which regulatory templates are offered to everyone, and the language of emails sent to addresses outside the organisation.

This language also applies to the alert emails addressed to you. Only emails about the account itself — signup confirmation, password — go out in English for everyone.

Security

You can change your password (8 characters minimum), entering it twice.

If you only ever sign in with Google or Microsoft, this section does not concern you: your provider holds your authentication.

Deleting your account

The danger zone allows permanent deletion of your account and its associated data. To prevent accidents, you must enter your own email address before you can confirm.

This cannot be undone

No restoration is possible. If you are the only administrator of your organisation, pass that role to someone else first — otherwise the workspace becomes unmanageable for your colleagues.
