Template library

Duration · 11 minVideo narrated in Français

A template describes a family of registers: the deadlines it usually carries and the information worth recording every time.

Activating a template creates the register and all its deadlines in one go. All that is left is to fill in the dates.

  • Kimori templates — prepared by us, matched to your organisation’s country. They cannot be edited, but nothing stops you completing a register created from one of them.
  • Your templates — your own, freely created, edited and deleted.

Three tabs let you move between them: All, Kimori, My templates.

Kimori templates are grouped by sector — construction, bakery — to save you scrolling through the whole library. Filter by kit, then activate what applies to you.

A template is made of two things:

  1. Deadline lines — a label, a recurrence, a level of importance.
  2. Custom fields — the information to record, without values: those get filled in register by register.
